We are launching a new project in collaboration with Sherry Glied, Professor and Dean at New York University’s Wagner School of Public Policy, to get a better understanding of people’s loyalty to professionals, such as doctors, bankers, lawyers, hairstylists and the like who provide services to us. We all rely on them to different degrees, but relationships differ. Why is this the case?
