What we do

At the Center for Healthcare Management we are involved in a range of projects around the globe. Please check out our services and benefits for more information.

In addition, we provide educational opportunities for multinational organizations and forums to collaboratively assess challenging strategic issues from multiple perspectives and to learn about innovations in the organization, financing and delivery of health care from other regions and nations. We thereby enhance the capacity of senior leadership teams to manage and to govern as they transform health care delivery.

Assessing and implementing strategic innovations is one of the key issues that is appreciated by participants as Frank D. Maddux, Chief Medical Officer of Fresenius Medical Care North America pointed out recently:

This offers the opportunity for me to bring some new ideas and some of these innovations we have talked about and the ideas around these innovations to the processes and methods that we would use as we begin to develop our strategic innovations that we want to embed within our company.

Under “who we are” we have told you what distinguishes us from classical research centers and consultancies. Now, you might wonder how the educational opportunities we offer differ from the thousands of programs you can buy off traditional business schools’ shelves. We offer boutique education and exchange run by our coalition of experts – our Care-Tank.

It doesn’t prescribe what gets done, but it sets a framework for the conversation that has to happen. It provides a manageable framework.
Bruce Fried, Managing Partner, Dentons LLP; former Head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

Our educational framework crosses borders – countries, professions, industries – and provides a unique quality and depth of knowledge through meaningful conversations.
